Call prep used to take
45 minutes. Now it takes 10.

PitchOS is a native iOS app that gives pre-sales reps a structured deal brief before every call — company context, stakeholder mapping, likely objections, and a pitch framework. Built with Swift and the Claude API. Live on the App Store.

Pre-sales reps had no repeatable system.

Every discovery call started the same way: 30–45 minutes of manual research — re-reading CRM notes, scanning LinkedIn, trying to anticipate objections with no structure. The preparation was inconsistent, and the gaps showed in calls.

For founders running their own sales, the problem was worse. No dedicated pre-sales resource, no playbook, and no time to build one. Every call was a cold start.

A deal brief in one tap.

PitchOS takes a prospect name or company and returns a structured deal brief: company context pulled from live sources, likely stakeholder roles and motivations, the top three objections with counter-responses, and a pitch framework built around the deal.

The app is built natively in Swift — not a web wrapper. Claude API (claude-3-haiku) handles the brief generation for speed; the model prompt is structured so every brief follows the same format regardless of input quality. StoreKit 2 manages subscription state and receipt validation on-device.

The whole system runs offline once the brief is cached — so reps can pull a brief on the way into a meeting with no signal.

Consistent preparation. Every call.

Call prep time dropped from 30–45 minutes to under 10. The structured brief format means reps walk into calls with the same quality of preparation regardless of how busy the day was. Objection handling improved because the prep is explicit, not improvised.

The subscription model went live with StoreKit 2 on launch day. No payment infrastructure to manage separately — everything is handled natively inside the App Store ecosystem.

Why this matters

PitchOS proves IL Signal Studio can ship a complete product — not just an automation or a workflow. Design, native development, AI integration, and App Store monetization, end to end. If you have a workflow problem that needs a real product, not a SaaS subscription, this is the kind of build we do.
